Itinerary Overview
Day 1 — Arrive Entebbe. Briefing over dinner with your expedition lead.
Days 2–3 — Transfer to Kasese. Acclimatisation walks through montane forest.
Days 4–7 — Ascent through heather zones to Elena Hut. Optional Margherita Peak attempt.
Days 8–9 — Descent and return. Debrief and rest before departure.
